On October 3, 2019, White Castle Dental Medical Clinic hosted a closing event of the five-week training on nonsurgical periodontal treatment.
Boston-based dental hygienist Karina Matevosyan, who arrived in Armenia to share her experience in treatment of oral diseases, presented innovative solutions and patient management principles, as well as dwelled on ergonomic challenges, use of dental instruments and many other issues.
The training participants got a unique possibility to work on special phantom heads and be directly involved in the treatment procedures both as doctors and patients.
During the closing event, the students passed an exam after which Dr. Matevosyan and Davit Hovhannisyan, the founder of Dental Tourism Armenia Foundation, handed over the certificates on completion of the five-week course on nonsurgical periodontology.
We are extremely grateful for a wonderful experience exchange opportunity to Dr. Matevosyan, who also received a letter of thanks on behalf of the Foundation.
We are thankful to our participants – Naira Hovhannisyan, Urfa Dehbashyan, MeruzhanKeram, Christina Dashtoyan, Victoria Harutyunyan, GevorgAlekyan, GevorgAsatryan and Armin Khodabakhshi – for assuming the importance of nonsurgical periodontal treatment and acquisition of new knowledge.
We express gratitude to White Castle Dental Medical Clinic for the organization of this course and provision of working space and tools, as well as to our business partner, Te Re company, for the oral health gifts.
