On October 17, 2019, ISD School welcomed Hovakimyan Lab Dental Studio founder and chief dental technician Sargis Hovakimyan with a skills building session. In our experience, close cooperation between the dentist and dental technician is extremely important for achieving the desired result in reconstruction and preservation of functional and aesthetic parameters of the dental arches. Dr. Hovakimyan told the students about the morphology of the maxillary central incisors and showed the process of their reconstruction. Afterwards, the students were handed bars of soap to recreate the incisors by themselves. As a result of the 3-hour practice, we got samples that will be completed during the next training.
