The launch in the late 20th century of a new generation of materials such as composites and adhesives, has led to the original non-replaceable constructs – adhesive bridge prosthesis (ABP) (). To reinforce these structures a mandatory reinforcement of different fiber materials is required. Without requiring significant preparations these prostheses do not cause side effects, typical for metal-ceramic bridges. And they assisted the widespread usаge of adhesive bridges in recent years. But despite the large number of structures and methods of construction of adhesive bridges, they serve a person who uses them about 3-5 years, which is not enough for a permanent non-removable construction. This defines the urgent need to increase the reliability of adhesive bridges. The emergence of a new generation of restorative dental materials on the basis of ormokers, with high physical and mechanical characteristics as compared with ordinary composites, allows to apply them for improving the properties of strength and increase the operational resources of adhesive bridges.
