During regular discussions with the White Castle team, we decided to organize an internship for young dentists to share with them the knowledge we gained through our hard work over the years. Before March 18, colleagues completed their online application form. As we read the applications filled out by the applicants, we realized how much they needed support and inspiration. March 20, 2012 -> Meeting with applicants in White Castle. The project was presented, practical work was organized, the participants got to know each other. We have a very exciting environment where many of us realized that we were on the right track. In the end, we were very happy.
Everyone deserved to continue the project and it was very difficult for us to identify one. By the decision of the White Castle team, Inessa Sagheyan was elected Intern.
Since that day, our team has made it clear that we will always carry out projects for young professionals.
