On December 24, orthodontist Hrant Ter-Poghosyan, M.D., delivered a lecture for the students of ISD Dental School. The lecture focused on occlusion correction, which is one of the most important aspects of modern dentistry in terms of competent treatment and lasting result. Dr. Ter-Poghosyan also dwelt on the types of dental bite, the necessity of joint substitutes and their usage techniques, the complications that can emerge in case of their absence, the purpose of brackets, as well as some issues referring to the work of temporomandibular joint.
